- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★First off let me say I have never written an online review like this but Cathy definitely deserves one. We have been working with Cathy for a very unique loan situation and she has been unbelievable! Not only did she put together our prequal information for our offer the night she got back from a long road trip (on 4 hours notice!), she worked tirelessly to get our loan through underwriting. Unfortunately the loan could not go through because FHA did not like that it was once considered a mobile home. Cathy exhausted all her options on this loan talking with our contractor, her underwriters, examining pictures, talking to Realtors etc. The way we were treated we thought we were dealing with a close family friend who did this for fun not a branch manager with a ton of work on her plate. If you are reading this please go through Cathy you will not be disappointed with the level of service. She really is great. Thanks again CathyBy A Google User, July 22, 2017
